As the weather warms up this month, it is time to think about West Nile Virus. Warmer weather means more mosquitoes are around that may carry the disease. To limit exposure to mosquitoes, wear long pants and shirts when in areas with mosquitoes. Mosquitoes breed in standing water. To reduce mosquito populations, drain standing water around your home and change birdbath water weekly.
The Memorial Day Picnic is on Saturday, May 23rd, starting at 11:00 am at Lakeside Park. Bring the entire family!
All employees can get a free cholesterol test on Tuesday, May 26th, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
The Car Seat Safety Check is on Saturday, May 30th, from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Please sign up on the bulletin board if you want to volunteer to help out with the program.
